kstartupconfig4 error code 3 and KDE4 does not start.
 

Hello,

I have installed KDEMOD (that is KDE4 for Arch Linux). Today when I booted up my PC, Arch Linux started successfully and KDE Display Manager afterwards. I tried logging in, entered my user (non-root) password and pressed ENTER. The screen went black and the login screen reappeared again. I tried over and over again but it still failed.
I killed X and switched to the console where I saw /usr/bin/startkde giving me this error:

kstartupconfig4 does not exist or fails. The error code is 3. Check your installation.

I ran kstartupconfig4, it printed nothing (the command exists btw).
I tried logging into KDE as root, it worked.
Now, I temporarily commented out the exit statement in /usr/bin/startkde (line 79) and I manage to log in successfully as non-root. However I still see the error while loading AND all my user settings (wallpapers, Konsole fonts, dual monitor settings, Konqueror settings, etc..) are defaulted. Not sure if that is related but that's also my problem.
