KDE4: Can I customize System Settings?

Is there any way to reorganize the System Settings application, short of modifying the source code?

I would like to change the organization as well as add some executables to the 'page'. Any tips? I am currently running Debian Sid with KDE 4.3.4, soon enough with KDE 4.4.1.

While it may not be possible to reorganize the settings in KDE4's SystemSettings application, you can call individual modules:

Code:

shell#  kcmshell4 --list
shell#  kcmshell4 screensaver
