KDE settings daemon

There is an equivalent to kde settings daemon? I use kubuntu but I use MWM and would like the kde settings when I use it.

Assuming that you have most of KDE installed then you want to run systemsettings, the version of KDE where I am running this on SuSE 12.3 provides it in package kdebase4-workspace-4 and invokes it as: /usr/bin/systemsettings -caption System Settings --icon preferences-system

This didn't work. It simply called up the KDE settings panel.

That is exactly what you asked for "I use MWM and would like the kde settings when I use it."
