[SOLVED] KDE plasma - windows keep opening after reboot

Using Opensuse Leap 15.2 up to date.

I have two problems :

1) After reboot, I find two Dolphin windows open on my desktop. I close them, but they come back on each reboot. How do I get rid of these windows ?

2) I have also two Konsole windows that open automatically. I like it because I always need them on all my desktops. And here is the problem : one windows keeps its desktop display status (All Desktops), the second keeps restarting with "Desktop 1".

Could somebody tell me where are the settings for "applications/windows persistence" ?

Hi, Go to "System Settings"

Go down to "Workplace" and select "Startup and Shutdown"

Go to the last tab "Desktop Session"

Here you should be able to change the way plasma starts,

Restore previous session...
Restore manually saved session... or
Start with an empty session. < this is the one I use, and maybe the one you're looking for.

I hope this helps you. all the best.

Thank you for your detailed answer.

My session data were corrupted in some way.

I managed to recover by

choosing "start with an empty session"
reboot
opening my needed windows
choosing "start with a manually saved session"
saving my session

Thanks again
