KDE 4 on Fedora 9 x86_64 unstable on nVidia Gforce Go 7600
 

Hello!

I have an HP dv9000t laptop with an nVidia Gforce Go 7600 GPU with 512 MB dedicated graphics memory. I have downloaded and installed the latest video driver from the nvidia website. Nice driver package installed clean, configuration to an external display was easy.

The problem is ever since the gpu driver was updated KDE runs very slow and is extremely unstable, crashes wallpaper disappearing etc. Vista runs faster believe it or not.

Has anyone experienced this with KDE and nVidia?
