KaliLinux, gnome-session-fallback - resolution issue on VM
 

Hi,

I've a VM with Kali Linux (fresh install). After installing gnome-session-fallback (old gnome), I am unable to change the resolution, as in "Display" settings there is a message "Could not get screen information". I'm using VMWare Player for my VMs. What is interesting, that in normal (new gnome) all works fine, and I am able to change resolution normally.

Any hints on that issue?
