We always used K3b to burn DVD's with good results but since installing Maverick Meerkat K3B doesn't burn them. We get various errors. Latest error was "Fatal error input/output error" after 93% of info showed burned to DVD. Anyone know what is going on? How to fix it? Any clue would be appreciated.
Thanks for suggestion but I don't have a livecd to test it with and obviously can't burn one. None of the burners will burn dvd since got Maverick Meerkat. Could be something missing from the load of MM? If so anyone know where to look and what to look for. I think I have installed everything but could have missed something I suppose. This is a real bear of a problem. I have spent many hours researching it online and so far no joy.
