is there a KDE addon to show current user?

Hey, I was wondering if there was some kind of applet that I could put onto a toolbar that shows the current user. This sounds like a dumb applet, except that I have all my user accounts linked to the same settings and desktop files, so they all look the same.

Go into Konqueror - Settings - Configure Konqueror. In the Behaviour tab, set the home url for each user. Anytime you want to know which user you are logged in, open Konqueror, and it will open in that users' home folder.
