Installation a new sata disk in a pc with ubuntu 10.04 winxp win7


I have a pc with 3 system Ubuntu 10.04 Winxp and Win7.
I 3 sata disk with nfts system and all its ok.
All system read the disk include Ubuntu.
After a new installation of a disk with ntfs a have this problem.
The disk is read right and a i have see in Win xp Win 7 and in the Bios. But at ubuntu i don't see and much more i lost and the others disk in linux.
At ubuntu i see only the disk with ext and swap system.
