Install new package (TuxPaint) from the CD in SUSE 9.2

I recently installed SUSE Linux 9.2 on my desktop, and discovered that it didn't install TuxPaint in the original installation. It says that it comes with TuxPaint on the box.

I guess the question is how to install a new package once Linux is installed.

Thanks,
