imagemagick++


not sure where to post this but i have installed xubuntu on an old laptop and would like to write some cpp. I have installed ImageMagick but do not know how to set things up so I can use Imagemagick++. Any help or redirection would be much appreciated.
Ps please keep advice as simple as possible
