Icon bubbles Xfce 4.12

Hi All,

When I mouse roll over a desktop icon in Debian Stretch, Xfce 4.12, I get these info bubbles that pop up over the icons. How do I turn this off?

In "Desktop Settings" (right click on desktop) --> "Icons" tab - unselect "Show icon tooltips."
