Question HP Compaq 610 FAN still run on max

Hi,
I have a problem with my HP Compaq 610 NB. My fan still runs on max speed. I search a lot about this problem, but none of them work :-(.
Can someone tell me what to do, please?

Thanks fo answers,
Pavel

First you should try and give some details. For instance, under what OS it runs on max speed. Does it behave in the same way before booting? For instance, if you enter BIOS is it still on maximum speed? You can't possibily get any help with such a small amount of details.
