how to install Smaragd in kde 4.8.4

i am new user and i want to know how to install smaragd in kde 4.8.4.plz give me step by step guide for this.

well, that took a bit of googling. Is this what you are talking about?
If so there appear to be instructions on that page. Have you tried to follow them?
