How to escape from grub rescue mode??

Meantime you can try: Ctl+Alt+Del to reboot. Try type: Grub> quit or exit or help.

Try to examine /boot/grub/grub.cfg to look for the lines:
Code:
insmod part_msdos
insmod ext2
If you are using ext3 or ext4 these lines should exactly match yours. Otherwise, /boot/grub has the ext2 module missing or corrupted.
