how to enlarge mint menu font


I think I'm going blind! Having a hard time reading the tiny font in Mint Menu. Can someone help by telling me how to enlarge them words?
Mint17Cinnamon current updates: nothing in similar threads seemed to help. Thanx SW

Thanx, but am having trouble with command line getting it done.
Says there is no file by that name or directory.
Sure would be nice to have a menu to click and choose options.
