how to delete mails
 
whenever i login to my system i get a message , you have a mail.when i type mail, am getting a lot of mails. After reading those how can i delete them.

Mail version 8.1 6/6/93. Type ? for help.

After you view the message press d to delete it, when finished viewing them all, press q to quit. Alternatively, you can press d 1 to delete the first message, and so forth, then press q. If you press x to exit mail the marked deleted mails will remain.
