How to connect to xwindow

I had a red hat enterprise linux4 runing on vmware worksation,
I add a user like this command:
# /usr/sbin/groudpadd oinstall
# /usr/sbin/groudpadd dba
#/usr/sbin/useradd -m -g oinstall -G dba oracle

oracle user can't connect to x11,there is not problem when i use root to log in this system.

should you add the oracle user to video?
useradd -G video -m oracle
