how to configure application's window stay at the center of screen on xfce?

Hi, everybody!

I'm using xfce desktop now. everytime when I open an app, it start with its window at the left-top corner of screen , I have to drag it to the center of screen , but next time when I open it, this happens again, which is very annoying, xfce seems don't have this sort of memory, or am I missing some conf-stuff. how to configure to make all app's initial window start with its window at the center of screen ? Any idea would be much appreciated !

Thanks in advanced !

Settings > Window Manager Tweaks > Placement > Minimum size of windows to trigger smart placement - slider moved to "Large" > By default, place windows: At center of screen.
