How to change the pop-up menu(Right click on desktop space) on Xfce4

Dear Sir.

This is my enviroment.

- Laptop : Samsung SF511
- OS : ubuntu 12.04
- window manager : Xfce4


Question.
When i right click to desktop, i can see the pop-up menu.

How to change this menu's?

Do you want to change the contents of the menu or the language it's displayed in?
