Angry How to change the default GRUB image ??????????

I've done some modification into the imgae file zipped at '/boot/grub' folder and then zipped it back to its original name, replacing the original zip of the image.

But at startup, the image isn't displayed. Infact nothing is shown.

What to do ?? can anyone help.... ?
