Help on XFCE thunar-archive-plugin
 

I recently tried XFCE for the first time. I downloaded thunar-archive-plugin to help me extracting and compressing files through thunar, however I'm having difficulty makeing it work, even reading the README makes me confuse and is weird that I can't find anything useful after searching the web.. If anyone could give me some light on how to make the archiving menus appear on thunar, I would be very grateful.

Slackware 12.1

I installed the thunar-archive-plugin from slackbuilds on Slackware 12.1. It brought up the menu to extract a file but I forgot to install xarchiver too. Mostly because I didn't read. Make sure you have both packages installed.
