Grub Problem !

Dear friendz..i am facing problem in grub....after installing fedora 7 ,my system became very very slow ,
i have installed in duel boot mode with XP . So after that , i have delelted the fedora part by the disk management of windows
but unfortunately after rebooting the system i m not able to enter in my
XP OS , there was a grub problem , So friendz plz help me out to recover my XP . What is the step , and wht's the commands to recover the XP
