Gnome window right-click gives annoying order.

Hi. I installed Debian (etch, using gnome) on my laptop just a few days ago and there is this one small thing annoying me ALLOT.

The problem is when I right-click on a window tab on the gnome-panel, I get a rather annoying order, I want the "Close" button to be the lowest instead of "Move to Another Workspace". See image below.

I have been googling and reading forums back and forth, trying any number of "slocate | grep" compinations possible thinking I could maybe find a configuration file for this; without any luck (not knowing what really to look either).
I have been using the same "/home" partition on 4 distros, without this problem so I'm pretty sure it isn't some configuration file in ~/ or something since I didn't have this problem with any of the other 3 (Ubuntu 8.04 (not a good impression since it froze within minutes of boot, anyone know a fix?), gentoo and slackware).

Is this something they (debian) do deliberately? It doesn't really seem right, not having the close button at the bottom.

Anyway I would love to know how to edit that menu to get it the way I like it.

Thanks.

Debian etch uses an older version of gnome (2.16) and the current is 2.22, and that order was just how it was in 2.16. As far as changing it, I am guessing it is hard coded and thus would involve getting the metacity source code and making changes then compiling it.

Thanks for the reply.

Well actually is has gnome v2.14.3.

If I disable the workspaces it's not really a problem because than "close" is at the bottom, but I don't see that as an option. Well, since I have been looking everywhere to change this thing guess it isn't that bad of an idea to go look through the source, or, the alternative, update to gnome 2.20. Thanks.
