gnome themes (nm-applet)
Hello, I am making my own theme for gnome, and it's going quite well, exept that I can't find out how to change the nm-applet icon in the systray. I have icons for it named network-error.png, network-idle.png, network-offline.png, network-receive.png, network-transmit.png and network-transmit-receive.png.
They are all size 24x24.
I have tried puting them in scalable/status and edit the index.theme file acordingly, and tried both having Type=fixed and scalable. I've also tried puting them in a own map 24x24/status and edit the index.theme acoringly.

I have no idea what to do.
If anyone knows how to do it, it would be appreciated.

The icons for nm-applet are (for me) located in "/usr/share/icons/hicolor/22x22/apps". After making changes you may need to regenerate your icon cache.

sudo gtk-update-icon-cache -f /usr/share/icons/hicolor
Replace "hicolor" in the above example with the font folder you are modifying.
