gnome-terminal with Compiz, howto disable real transparency?

Hello.
I like some features of Compiz. But I really hate real transparency in terminal. I cannot find any advantages of terminal in which I see icons/text from other windows/.... Is it possible to show just desktop background, like when Compiz is disabled?

(Of course I can completely disable transparency of gnome-terminal :D)

I'm using real transparency to see two windows in the same time. For example I want to type sth in terminal reading it in the same moment from website.

Urxvt terminal have both transparency modes.

Welcome to LQ wyderkat. Although you intentions are great, i'll teach you some forum features. If you look at the date above a users handle on a post, you can see what year a user post the question/response. The Op of this thread created this thread back in 2007, they only post eight times and i'm sure they're long gone.
Please try to refrain from 'reviving dinosaur threads'.
Welcome again, i hope you like it here and can help out some other users. (:
