Gnome/Openbox gets an error...

Well, yeah... Ive installed OB. Im running Ubuntu. I normally use Openbox, so I know it works.. But I like gnome also..

So, ill restart, try and run OB and then see what the exact error is... (I forget lol)

/etc/gdm/Xsession: Beginning session setup...
Setting IM through im-switch for locale=en_US.
Start IM through /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/all_ALL linked to /etc/X11/xinit/xinput.d/default.
/home/starwiz/.config/openbox/autostart.sh: 1: nm-applet: not found
Cannot open config file! Using defaults...
Copy config_sample to ~/.config/tint/tintrc
/home/starwiz/.config/openbox/autostart.sh: 5: nm-applet: not found
Conky: use_spacer should have an argument of left, right, or none. 'no' seems to be some form of 'false', so defaulting to none.
Conky: desktop window (1a6) is root window
Conky: window type - normal
Conky: drawing to created window (0xc00002)
Conky: drawing to single buffer
Openbox-Message: Unable to find a valid menu file "debian-menu.xml"
