Gnome keystroke to view thumbnails of backgrounded windows-tasks

Can someone please give me the keystroke or feature/function-name of the feature that allows one to see thumbnails of all the current windows in use by the Gnome desktop?

This is similar to the Start-Tab feature in Windows Vista. I've heard Mac OS X also has this feature.

gnome, keybinding
