Gnome 3, app started in background impossible to bring to front

Hello,
I'm having a problem recently and I have no idea what caused it. Here is a video of what is happening:
https://player.vimeo.com/video/310962548
As you can see I can't get Pycharm displayed, same is happening for teamviewer while other apps like chromium or Firefox are fine.
Any idea what is happening or where I can get logs on what is going on?
Thanks

Here are the logs I get if I launch the .sh file:
Code:
~/.local/share/JetBrains/Toolbox/apps/PyCharm-P/ch-0/183.4886.43/bin$ ./pycharm.sh
Gtk-Message: 10:32:31.086: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module"
WARN: Markdown support not loaded: since build 183.5153 > PY-183.4886.43

WARN: Markdown support not loaded: since build 183.5153 > PY-183.4886.43
And using the normal launcher, launching from the toolbox or directly from the desktop file gives the same issue.

I also installed:
Code:
sudo apt install libcanberra-gtk-module libcanberra-gtk3-module
and the only error I had vanished but I still run into the same issue.
