Gnome 3, app started in background impossible to bring to front

Hello,
I'm having a problem recently and I have no idea what caused it. Here is a video of what is happening:
https://player.vimeo.com/video/310962548
As you can see I can't get Pycharm displayed, same is happening for teamviewer while other apps like chromium or Firefox are fine.
Any idea what is happening or where I can get logs on what is going on?
Thanks

can you start pycharm from the "normal" launcher, instead of that toolbox thingie?

Here are the logs I get if I launch the .sh file:
Code:

~/.local/share/JetBrains/Toolbox/apps/PyCharm-P/ch-0/183.4886.43/bin$ ./pycharm.sh
Gtk-Message: 10:32:31.086: Failed to load module "canberra-gtk-module"
WARN: Markdown support not loaded: since build 183.5153 > PY-183.4886.43

WARN: Markdown support not loaded: since build 183.5153 > PY-183.4886.43

And using the normal launcher, launching from the toolbox or directly from the desktop file gives the same issue.

I also installed:
Code:

sudo apt install libcanberra-gtk-module libcanberra-gtk3-module
and the only error I had vanished but I still run into the same issue.

Ok found the issue, the window actually displayed on my second monitor, no idea why the splashscreen is on the first monitor and the second windows is not on the same monitor tho =/
