gecko on wine shows blank screen
 

Hi everybody

i've tried to install ie6 on two different ways: with winetools and without any settings but the standard (with w2k). after installing ie6 and starting it, the gecko engine is downloaded. after doing that - nothing happens! the ie-window remains blank.

any ideas

using ubuntu 6.06 tls with wine from winehq.

Maybe it's because there are no fonts in windows//fonts
...but installing the fonts (with ie times32.exe) brings no fonts in this directory :confused:
