Firefox using default X11 mouse icons

I'm using XFCE 4.4 and have a customized mouse cursor theme set but when I move the mouse over a firefox window it reverts back to the small black default X11 icons. Any gnome or kde apps I launch use the right mouse theme so it seems to be only firefox (and gdm) where this is happening.

I have the qt-gtk-engine installed but there doesn't seem to be a xfce-gtk corollary.

I'm running Arch .72 and firefox 2.0.0.1

It's a small issue but I spend 90% of my time in firefox.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

thanks

Have you tried a reboot? I have had this problem with certain apps after a mouse cursor change and a reboot of the system usually fixes the problem.

For the record, the solution was to make a symlink under /usr/share/icons for default pointing to the icon set I wanted to use. That took care of the problem for firefox and GDM.
