Firefox keeps switching monitors

Hello Linux Fans. Unsure if this is the correct forum.

This is not a big issue yet wondering if there is simple fix for this. I have 2 monitors attached to a single video card. One is connected via DVI and the other via HDMI. I prefer to keep Firefox on my HDMI monitor. What happens after the sleep mode is activated Firefox jumps to the other monitor and I keep having to bring back Firefox to the HDMI monitor. This is not a big deal just wondering if there is a workaround for this.

There may be, but finding it wouldn't be helped by that huge volume of hardware data you provided. I don't recognize where it came from. What did you use to generate it?
Code:

would have covered the basics, such as WM or DE and distro you are using, and possibly the Firefox version and its source (your distro vs. mozilla.org vs. built yourself). The software and you are what determine where windows are located, not the hardware, at least, not directly.

Some environments enable locking windows to fixed positions. Whatever you are using might be one of them. KDE and Gnome come to mind in this regard.

So it says.

So what you actually have is a laptop.

drivers: ati,radeon (unloaded: modesetting,fbdev,vesa)
Cape Verde is a GCN1 GPU, for which the AMDGPU DDX is preferred over ati/radeon.

1280x720 on a PC or laptop is rather unusual, common on a TV (720p). This could be playing a part in the behavior, unlikely to have gotten much testing during software development.

First, try uninstalling xserver-xorg-video-ati and xserver-xorg-video-radeon DDX drivers, then install xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu DDX, and restart X. If this causes new trouble, it may be that for your Cape Verde requires a cmdline option be added to the Grub bootloader configuration. The appropriate option would have to be researched or provided by another forum familiar with GCN options. You may wish to try first only adding xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu, which may or may not be used automatically with the others remaining installed. Inxi -G will report which is in use, as will Xorg.0.conf (in /var/log/ or ~/.local/share/xorg/), once X has been restarted.

If the driver switch doesn't help, try a different DE, instead of Cinnamon, try another DE, e.g. IceWM, Openbox or LXQt (install first if not already installed). If the problem doesn't exist in an alternate DE, then you know the problem likely to be limited to Cinnamon.

Next to try is a virgin user login to test, or you could try starting using a virgin user before changing DDX drivers.

If the trouble seems to be a fault in Cinnamon and no Cinnamon or other helpers don't chime in here to explain what to try with it, I suggest to open a new thread in a Mozilla Firefox forum. I'm not a Cinnamon user.
