Enlghtenment Alt Key

Hi, i'm using slackware 10.2, running e16, and I have a couple of questions.
First, is there a way to change the mapping of the alt key to another key (win key) to perform all the move/resize/etc functions? And I would also like some help on getting Eterm to become transparent... I'm using the --trans option and I don't see any changes, even after using Esetroot, which I think is unnecessary since I'm using enlightenment and not another WM. Thanks!
