Install libdvdcss, but know that it is illegal to do so in some places.

In the past for Ubuntu (not sure if it still applies), you had to install libdvdread3 or 4, then in /usr/share/doc/libdvdread? there was a script to run: install-libdvdcss.sh or libdvdcss-install.sh.
