emacs - wrapping buffer to toher window

Hello,

i tried googling but without succes.
Does anybody know how to do a vertical split in emacs and keep the views after each other in GNU emacs?
so wath i want is (in line numbers):

3 | 7
4 | 8
5 | 9
6 | 10

And keep it like this when scrolling.
I think it should be posible, it is emacs.
