Hi All,

I have just got Dell Vostro 460 with Intel HD Graphics.I am installing RHEL 5.5.2 WS but unable to configure the GUI.Can anyone let me know from where i can get the drivers for it or how to configure it.

If this was during installation try text-based install and *then* configure Xorg. If this is a post-installation issue then posting output of 'egrep "(WW|EE)" /var/log/Xorg.0.log|grep .;' and the complete and exact chipset may help.

Pls see the output below.

I dont know why its taking Nvidia i have selected graphics using system-config-display -reconfig.

GUI Hardware is as below.

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation Sandy Bridge Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)

Issue has been resolved i choose generic ESA Video driver.
