Dash hotkeys possible in KDE?

Hello, I'm currently using gnome shell, and it have a nice extension called dash hotkeys ( ) that allow the user to:
1. Launch apps via keyboard shortcuts, like <win>+1 or <win>+2
2. If the app related to the shortcut was already opened, it swap to the window of the app. Example: I related <win>+1 to chromium, so if chromium is opened and I hit <win>+1, it switch the window at the front to the chromium one.

I know number 1 is possible using keyboard shortcuts, but about number 2, does anybody know if it's possible?

I've tried khotkeys, but it just allows you to make keyboard launchers to applications (or I'm using it in the wrong way). What i'm searching for is more like unity hotkeys, where, if an app is opened, and I press the shortcut, it just sends me to the opened instance of the app instead of opening a new instance.
