Help you with what?? You're going to have to actually provide some details, like what EXACTLY you're trying to do, version/distro of Linux, environment, etc. As it is, your questions makes very little sense.

To give you a quick answer right now, click on another desktop on your Gnome or KDE panel, and run your browser.

Create New Desktop Session

Dear TBOne,

Thank for your reply.

I am working in fedora 11. I have read about XWindows. The configuration for the session are made in /etc/X11/xdm/Xsession. I have created a new session for my application in /etc/X11/xdm/Xsession file. Now when I logout and login. I couldn't find the new session in the Sessions dialog.

And I have found that an argument is send to the Xsession script. Now I have to find from which source the argument is sent to the Xsession script. or How to get access to the Session dialog.

Thanks in Advance.
