Configure network
 

:Pengy: Hi, I am totally new to linux. I have got dial up connection & a SoftV92 Data Fax modem. It detects modem but when I try to setup the network it says "some kernels have to be installed but couldn't be installed." Its CD (CD with modem) has linux drivers & I have installed them with rpm. My distribution is Mandriva 2006. Someone told me it needs kernel to be rearranged. I don't know what exactly he means. So if anyone can help me out!
