Change icon size in nautilus while attaching an item in thunderbird
 

I'm setting up Linux on my grandma's computer and have set her up with Thunderbird as an email client. How can I make the icons look bigger when she goes to attach something (attaching photos for example)? I tried messing around with the settings in nautilus but didn't figure it out.

Hardly understand what do you mean? Nautilus have a zoom feature, if you are in icon view, just hold CTRL while scrolling the mouse wheel upward. Is that what are you looking for?
