CCC - Dual monitors are reversed

I have just managed to install my GFX drivers and I have CCC enabled.
I have 2 monitors and CCC doesn't place them correctly. In reality, monitor 1 is to the right and monitor 2 is to the left. They are not placed in this manner software-wise.
Does anyone know how to change this?
I'm running Fedora 17 and my graphics card is an AMD Radeon HD6850.

Just drag them to the position you want them.

Not possible. I can't drag them. They are stuck.

(I ended up swapping the physical location of the monitors, but I still want to know how to do it.)
