Can't run Flash video on my new Lenny install

Flash video ran fine on my Debian Lenny system until I needed to reinstall Lenny. Since then it doesn't - I just get greyed-out boxes. Very ugly and annoying.

I note on the web several *.deb packages that should do the trick, but can't find any of them.

Can someone show me precisely how to configure /etc/apt/sources.list and where to download a *.deb package that will work.

Many thanks,
