Burn DVDs problem (Gentoo)

Hi

I am having problems burning DVDs. CDs burn without issue. I tryed different kernels (2.6.23.9, 2.6.24-gentoo r8, 2.6.25-gentoo r7) and different programs (k3b, brasero, xfburn, gnobebaker).
I get the following error when trying to burning DVDs:
It's log from GnomeBaker
:-[ SYNCHRONOUS FLUSH CACHE failed with SK=3h/ASC=A0h/ACQ=80h]: Input/output error

It was ok before. Approximately last month I burned files more that 4Gb.

Any ideas?

I added flag dvdr in /etc/make.conf and remerge dvd rw-tools. Now it's working:) But i get the same error when trying to burning files more than 4G. Before i installed xfburn and i burned one iso-file more than 4G only ones. Now i can't. Anybody tell me please, how can i burn files more than 4G? It's not convenient for me now burning big files with - virtualbox-again f***g windows-nero8:mad:

What filesystem are you using? for files that big you want udf you may have to add that as a USE flag as well.

I forgot about UDF. I installed udftools and i burned with k3b file 4,3G:)
