Boot menu
Did anyone knows how and what to edit, in order to view the boot menu (that is, what has been loaded when init is running and before the login screen).

Your question is horribly vague.

/etc/inittab ?
/etc/rc.?/* ?
/boot/grub/menu.lst ?

say for instance avahi, haldaemon, and iptables were loaded then after telling me the story about success of applying fstab; then what I am looking for as boot menu will look like:

ahavi [ok]
haldaemon [ok]
Applying firewall rules [ok]
And mind you I am running fedora fc13; if that is the reason you mentioned that my question is vague.

Ok, then you want to look into "upstart" which is the init process Fedora uses.

English must not be your first language? "boot menu" is confusing because that means the grub prompt where you select which kernel to boot into. The programs that run on startup and produce those messages are controlled in /etc/inittab and, for you, with Upstart.

Well I agreed, English is not my first language and I am also new to doing this so, I don't know the right terms for most of the things. I am sorry for that.
Nevertheless, what am I suppose to add to /etc/inittab file to view the upstart?

I think what you want to do is "see the messages from the kernel as linux is booting" instead of look at the "pretty splash screen".

If this is the case then you need to edit your kernel boot line in grub or lilo (I don't know which for fc13) and remove the bit that says quiet and splash Eg:

kernel          /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.24-28-generic root=/dev/sda5 ro quiet splash
If you want to read your kernel's messages after you have booted, they are in the file /var/log/messages

thanks for your help, what I just did for FC13 is to remove the "rhgb quiet" from grub.config file and it works. Thanks for your time.
