Auto Arranging Windows in XFCE4

I am starting to get lazy about arranging my windows on my desktop. Is there anything for Xfce 4.4.2 that can automatically rearrange and resize my windows on screen for me? I'm looking for options to tile windows or arrange them vertically, but then it would be even more interesting if there were options to lock the size on certain windows and then arrange everything.

It is possible to use a 3rd party window manager, which would support tiling windows. But I haven`t tried this option yet.
