AIXGL+Beryl: I can't pull on the edges and borders of maximized windows

I'm using AIXGL+Beryl on Debian Etch.
When a window is maximized, I can only pull on its top border to see what's underneath it.
It doesn't work for the edges and other borders, where I don't get any "pull cursor".

edit:
Problem solved:
Emerald theme manager->Emerald settings->uncheck "Use decoration cropping"
http://forum.beryl-project.org/viewt...p=20701#p20701
I hope this also helps others.

How about pressing ALT when you're dragging the edges or borders?

Thanks for the tip.
alt alone didn't work, but alt+space and then "resize" did.
After looking into the beryl settings manager, I noticed that alt+F8 also works to initiate resizing.

The only problem with these methods is that the pointer gets relocated to the center and that I can't therefore pull as strongly as when normally pulling at the top.

I know I can live without it, but it's just part of the fun of Beryl. ^^

(I can also not "throw" windows farther than to the next desktop when using minimal friction. )
