Question [KDE] changing menu available under Left Mouse Button

As in the thread. I know how to edit main menu where all applications are with kdemenuedit. But I would like to add some functions into the menu that is available in KDE under right mouse's button. I would like to have chromium there and other stuff like that. It doesn't have to be any graphical editor. A path with a text file with settings like in fluxbox would be enough I think. I just cannot find it and I like it, when DE is comfortabe and quick. I know it's somehow possible becouse different distros have different options there.
I meant right button of course... lol
