[COMPIZ] Launch application pre-tabbed with terminal behind

Compiz has an extremely interesting plugin called "Tab and Group Windows" or some such. It allows you to bind multiple windows together, animatedly switching between them with a keypress. With just two windows it's like flipping it over and looking at the back.

What I would like to be able to do is run firefox (for instance) in a terminal, with the terminal automatically bound to the firefox window. I imagine this may involve adding functionality to the plugin, mimicking similar window matching behavior from other plugins (assuming you can identify the process running from any given terminal?). Any thoughts?

Not sure if this is what your looking for, but if you go to Compiz -> Group and Tab Windows -> Tabbing -> Misc. Options there's "Autotab windows on creation". That may help.

I found something that would probably help. Try this link: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=821631
