Panel Clock and Window Border Theme

Thank you for such a great distro! :)

I have just installed the x64 bit 12.12.1 and overall I'm very impressed. I would though like to customize a couple of things. I can use Superkaramba for a desktop clock/calendar but it eats CPU cycles so is there any way to show the date and possibly seconds in the panel clock?

I would also like to change the window border theme so how to do this please?

Just hover over the clock on the panel and the date will be shown.

I admit the system is not so customizable though because it wants to give sane and pleasant defaults.

We are glad that you are trying it and are working hard for a better distro.
